Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your registration for a class. Here's our refund policy for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class:

1. Full Refund: If you cancel your registration more than 24 hours before the class start time, you will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
2. Cancellation Process: To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your registration details. We will process your refund within 3 business days upon receiving your cancellation request.
3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
4. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the class without prior notice or cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class time, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may consider offering credit towards future classes in exceptional circumstances, subject to our discretion.
5. Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend the class but wish to transfer your registration to another person, please inform us at least 24 hours before the class start time. We will accommodate the transfer at no additional cost.
6. Exceptions: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unavoidable events leading to class cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation timeframe.
7. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify our refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying registered participants.
